The scope of this e-commerce project was daunting—what began as a simple re-skin of the site turned into an extensive excavation into the client's business strategy. Brainstorming sessions were designed to bring out the core voice and values of the brand—a brand which was adapting to create deeper engagement with it's already loyal customer base through social media. A loyalty program, although not yet launched, will eventually engage the customers into a more 'gamified' experience.
Within a month after launch, sales improved dramatically.
